SB 253 Update:Dear friends and supporters of BIACAL's Acquired Brain Injury Flexible Treatment Choice Act:Due to recently imposed statutory deadlines that conflict with California's Constitutional legislative deadlines for bills introduced in 2011, we regret to inform you that SB 253 WILL NOT be heard on Wednesday, January t before the Senate Health Committee.The Acquired Brain Injury Flexible Treatment Choice Act will be considered before the Legislature in 2012, however, the bill will not be Senate Bill 253. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you in any plans to attend the Senate Health Committee hearing next Wednesday.
